Dan Davis has almost 40 years of experience in real estate services in Idaho. Dan is licensed in both Idaho and Washington Dan is a jack of all trades, selling everything from residential homes, ranches, large commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and waterfront. Dan also has a passion for developing on his own. With a history of building and contracting his own 200+ unit apartment complexes, mini storages, and even the basic single family home. Born and raised in the real estate world Danny has wanted nothing more than to follow in his father's footsteps. The opportunity to learn from a 40 year veteran Broker is something that he could not pass up. At the age of 17 Danny attended and passed CCIM (certified commercial investment member) 101 and 102. He plans on taking 103 and 104 within the next couple years and work towards his designation. He obtained his real estate license at 18 and has been working in the community ever since doing everything from residential, commercial, vacant land, waterfront, and construction.
